		<description>I definitely agree with the thesis that waterfall projects generally have better ui despite their other problems, and that agile projects can have lousy, organically grown, inconsistent design. However, the main difference is that UI Designers were involved in the former but not the latter. I definitely think that there is an important place for design in agile, and it actually makes the project more agile by iterating up front with the design much more quickly than after development is knee-deep in code and everyone is doing something different.
