		<description>Web 2.0 is not just about social networking and getting close to customers is not about replicating a youtube/ flickr functionality. There are some things that just dont mix - for example putting personal details such as pictures / videos in an environment where identity theft is the biggest risk. 

The proposition needs to be centered around user needs - not around being able to use gizmos. Check www.stockpickr.com - you cant upload pics etc, but you still have a forum and a community thing happening there.</description>
