Though, it is equally true that IT is critical for the survival of most businesses today; and therefore it is important to build a strong IT team. So while delivering business value is always a top priority, organisations have to &quot;strategically&quot; also nurture a strong IT team to stay competitive.</description>

		<description>It seems the root of the problem is the thinking that decomposes corporations into cost centers.  As a cost center where is the incentive to worry about value?  Now if I worked for a value center I bet the thinking of me and all my colleagues would be quite different.</description>
